All payments received, including financial aid payments, will be applied to your account. If there are excess funds in your account, a refund check will be processed within 14 days. This check will be sent to your local address unless you specifically request that it be sent to a different address. You may make requests by calling or coming to the Bursar's Office. If your parent used a Parent PLUS loan, the check will be sent to the parent borrower unless otherwise requested, in writing, by the parent. If you have used the payment plan option through AMS, you may reduce your contract with AMS or receive a refund at the end of the term.
