Charged for participation in the Guardian Dental Insurance Plan. This fee may be waived by providing proof of comparable dental insurance coverage and completing a dental fee waiver form available at the Student Health Service. Waivers must be requested by September 15 (February 15 for students admitted or readmitted in the Spring semester).
