• Accounts must be paid in full, Tuition Pay contracts or
covered by ACCEPTED and properly SIGNED Financial Aid.
• $175.00 late fees assessment process begins on past due
accounts.
FEBRUARY
• First week of February - Incoming Undergraduate Transfer
student e-bills sent.
• Bursar hold process begins on all accounts with past due
balances.
• Health Insurance Waiver Deadline for Spring
Health Insurance Waiver Website.
• FAFSA suggested file date.
MARCH
• Tentative REGISTRATION TIME TICKETS emailed via the
Registrar's office.
•Time tickets with BURSAR HOLDS prevent pre-registration for
summer and fall.
• REGISTRATION begins for all current students Summer/Fall.
Please refer to your time ticket.
APRIL
• May Degree Candidates- Bursar holds placed on past due
balances.
• May Degree Candidate's bursar student account charging
privileges end.
• Exit Interview requirement emailed to students with Federal
Perkins and Institutional loans-MAY GRADUATES ONLY.
• Exit Interview holds placed on accounts until exit has been
completed.
MAY
• Commencement, Congratulations!
JUNE
• E-bills sent to all May graduates with post graduation
charges.
JULY
• August Degree Candidates - Bursar holds placed on past due
balances.
• First week of July - Fall Semester e-bills sent to
pre-registered upper class and Freshmen student's
Rensselaer/Designated Payer email
address
• August Degree Candidate's bursar student account charging
privileges end.
AUGUST
• Fall semester bills due.
• E-bills are not sent to undergraduate student in
August.
• First week of August - Pre-registered Graduate student's
e-bills sent.
• $175.00 late fee assessment process begins on past due
accounts.
• Exit Interview requirement emailed to students with Federal
Perkins and Institutional loans-AUGUST GRADUATES ONLY.
• Exit Interview holds placed on accounts until exit has been
completed.
• Fall financial aid awards must be accepted via SIS; http://sis.rpi.edu. All Loan
Entrance Interviews on the Financial Aid web page must be
complete and Promissory notes signed.
