navigation bar you will find links to information and tools you
need to find a job and receive your pay.
- Read through the Student Worker Employment Handbook for
information on Rensselaer's student worker procedures,
getting paid, eligibility to work, etc. Please also review
the Employment Policy for Student Workers.
- Once you have read through the Student Worker Employment
Handbook and been hired by a department, you want to click on
the Forms link to find documents you need to complete before
you can begin to work.
- Complete your Form I-9 and other required payroll forms
to ensure you receive your first paycheck. You must also
obtain your Student Employment Card before your first day of
