RPI has established an anonymous reporting hotline for whistleblower or other complaints about suspected improper conduct. We have engaged Mitratech, a third-party vendor to provide an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline.
Hotline reporting is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Reports generated by the hotline will be managed by RPI’s Compliance Officer, who may refer the matter to another office for investigation and resolution. Although the hotline reporter may remain anonymous to RPI throughout the investigation and resolution process, an investigation and resolution may be hampered due to an inability to corroborate the reporter’s concerns. Also, the reporter’s identity may become known during the course of the investigation because of the information provided. The anonymous reporter may also choose to identify themselves at any time during the investigation and resolution process. RPI officials investigating a report will protect the confidential nature of the report and the identity of the reporter, to the extent practicable, and will only share information with others on a need to know basis in order to respond fully to the complaint raised in the report.
Whistleblower Policy
RPI’s updated Whistleblower Policy can be found here. This policy and the new hotline supplement existing policies and other reporting systems available to respond to specific types of complaints.
